About Us

About Me

I am a Certified Signing Agent, Texas Notary Public, and Paralegal.

I have been operating as an After-Hours Mobile Notary for 18 years in Travis County and surrounding counties. I am organized, work well under pressure, reliable, and dependable. Pay attention to details, accuracy, confidentiality, integrity of documents, and work ethics. I have a flexible schedule that accommodates last-minute assignments.

• Accept loan-signing assignments via text message, e-mail, or phone. Work with various Lenders, Title companies, and Law Firms across the nation. Travel to borrowers' homes, offices, or public venues to complete loan documents for real estate, refinancing, and modifications. Coordinated signing appointments with borrowers and return properly signed and notarized documents to lenders.

• Ensure legal documents are authentic, check the identity of the person(s) signing the document, serve as a witness for the document(s) being signed, collaborate with the buyer and seller, and notarize all required signatures. Accurately execute mortgage loan documents such as First Mortgages, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, New Purchase Loans, Cash Sells, Note Modifications, Seller, and Buyer loan documents.

• Ensure all lender requirements are met by conducting quality checks on loan documentation submitted. Comply with privacy laws by properly disposing of non-processed paperwork with personal and financial data. Perform duties properly and ethically. Maintain proper procedures, files, and regulations. Return loan package back to the lender in a timely manner.

What is the process of notarizing a document?

  • The Signer must be physically present.
  • The Notary verifies identity of the Signer with the photo identification provided by the signer (Driver license, Passport, State ID, or Military ID).
  • The Notary reviews the document, making sure there are no blanks on the document and that there is a notarial certificate on the document. If there is no certificate the notary will ask you to choose one to attach to the front of the document. A notary cannot advise you on which statement to choose. Click here to see a description, sample wording, and list of the types of certifications for the state of Texas.
  • The Notary will ask the signer if they understand the content of the document to determine the Signer's awareness and understanding of the transaction and if they are being coerce into signing or are under duress.
  • The Signer and the Notary complete the required information for the Record Book and obtain a thumb print.
  • The Notary Signs and Stamps the Seal on the Notarial Certificate.

We meet our customers at locations of their choice. We've met our customers at: Escrow, Title, Mortgage, and Lending Offices; Business Offices; Break Rooms; Conference Rooms; Private Residences; Hospitals; Assisted Living; Senior Centers; Doctors' Offices; Police Stations; Jails; Detention Centers; Parking Lots; Coffee Houses and Restaurants.
