Apostilles

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE APOSTILLE

Obtain a recently certified copy of the document from the issuing County Clerk´s Office or the Court. We will need the original copy, along with the name of the country to which the documentation will be presented. Types of documents can receive an apostille:


  • court documents
  • administrative documents
  • notarial acts


Processing takes 10 to 15 business days.


Texas Apostilles


The Apostille enables public documents executed in one country to be transmitted to the country where the documents need to be produced.


An apostille is a seal certifying the authenticity of a certified or notarized document for international use. It certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity in which the person signing the document has acted, and identifies the seal or stamp which the document bears.
